Yves JADOUL
Managing-Partner of Viability & Partners, was Vice-President, Client Unit - Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory Services of the Banco WestLB do Brasil (WestLB AG). Prior to WestLB, was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of the Banco Sudameris Brasil (Intesa - BCI) in São Paulo. Held similar positions for the Agora Consulting and for the Nomura Securities, both in Luxembourg, and for the Credit Lyonnais in Belgium.
Since 05/2003, he has been elected President of the Belgalux - Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil.
In 2004, he was President of Eurocâmaras – Council of the European Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the European Countries in Brazil.
Founder of the Alumni Association of the Lycée Pasteur (French School) of
S. Paulo, congregating around 7,000 alumni throughout the world.
Has a Master Degree in Business Administration by the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and a Major in Business Administration by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas - S. Paulo
He is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, good in Spanish and Italian and speaks occasionally in Dutch.

Rodrigo PASIN
Partner of Viability & Partners. Before joining Viability in 2004, worked with M&A at Unibanco., KPMG Corporate Finance and Guarita & Associados.
Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA/USP/Ribeirão Preto).
Master Degree in Finance by FEA/USP. Pasin wrote several papers about M&A and Valuation published in national an international seminars.
Pasin wrote the most important book about M&A and valuation in Brazil “Valuation: A Guide to M&A and Shareholder Value Creation” published by Pearson Education/Financial Times/Valor Econômico. September 2004.
He is fluent in Portuguese, good in English and speaks occasionally in Spanish.

Rémy KAUFFMANN

Before Viability, he was Head of the Banque Sudameris Paris and for the Latin American Network of Banco Sudameris (Intesa - BCI) for the Mergers & Acquisitions Division. There he advised for 7 years in Privatization, Mergers & Acquisition, Strategic Advisory and others. Previously, he hold similar position for many years with Banque Paribas focused essentially in Latin America operations.
Has a major in Engineering in Paris.

Olivier REBOUL

Has made his entire career in the Chemical Industry and worked in particular for Monsanto, Rhône Poulenc and Aventis.
He was Director for Latin America and subsequently Director of Commercial Operations for Adisseo.
He has created the company Elaia, specialized in strategic advice and identification of business partners for the industries of animal production.
He is Doctor in Chemistry of Paris University.
He is fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Leonardo VOSS
Consultant at VIABILITY & VALUE Investment Banking.
Worked as Equity Research analyst at Goldman Sachs, uncharged of maintaining detailed financial models (Valuation) to provide earnings estimates and stocks recommendation for specific companies within the Telecom industry, to institutional investors.
Before, he did equity research at Santander Investment, providing opinions on the Airlines and Transportation industry, including investments recommendation and earnings estimates based on Valuation models.
Also has experience in a few IPO offers, doing modeling work and providing research to investors.
He was partner at Cia dos Pescados and Grupo Ink Brasil, two small companies focused on sea food and ink distribution.
Graduated in Business administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUCSP).

Erica NETO DE FREITAS
M&A assistant of VIABILITY & VALUE Investment Banking. Before joining Viability in 2007, she has worked for BELGALUX-Belgian Luxembourg and Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Brazil and for the Consulate of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg in São Paulo. Also worked for the hotel industry in chains as Meliá and ACCOR.
She is graduated in Hotel Management at SENAC-CEATEL (São Paulo), in French Literature at University of São Paulo-USP and has a Licence III also in French Literature of University Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) in France.
She has lived two years in France and two and a half years in Japan. She speaks French, English, and speaks occasionally in Spanish and Japanese.

Roberto SPIRITUS

Partner at Genesys Consulting since 2003, was Sales Director at metallurgical Apis Delta, General Retail Manager at German Hettich, Commercial Director at Incepa (Roca Group) and Fortilit (Amanco Group), was also Sales Manager at Alcoa Aluminum for 10 years. Worker for companies in industries, markets in B2B, in Wholesale and Retail, and in sectors such as Construction, Hospitality, Metals, Rubber and Consumer Goods.
